1. Eligibility for Refunds
We aim to provide the highest level of service. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Service Bookings: Refunds are only available if cancellations are made at least [7 days] before the appointment.
- Membership Fees: Refunds for memberships are considered case-by-case and may be subject to a processing fee.
- Packages & Subscriptions: No refunds after services have been utilized.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed services
- Digital or downloadable content
- Gift cards and promotional items
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent to concierge@amani.com.my with proof of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- If a service is canceled due to technical issues on our side, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.
- If a customer is dissatisfied due to genuine service faults, a partial or full refund may be considered.
